I’m Grant, founder of GMFiT
GMFiT began in 2017, built on a clear philosophy: training should do more than change how you look, it should elevate how you move, perform, and live over the long term.
My passion for fitness started at a young age, training myself and developing a deep understanding of strength, movement, and progression. That foundation continues to shape my approach today, centred around precision, discipline, and long-term results.
With 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve worked with a broad range of individuals, from those completely new to training, to experienced lifters looking to refine their performance. This depth of experience allows me to deliver coaching that is both highly personalised and technically precise.
