CircuitFiT is a high-energy, full-body training session with a greater emphasis on conditioning, while still building strength. Each session begins with a key lift or strength movement, before moving into our signature circuit format. Circuits typically include 6–8 stations combining resistance training and conditioning, designed to keep intensity high and training engaging. While CircuitFiT leans more towards conditioning, you’ll still lift weights every session, making it a balanced strength and fitness workout.

Expect:

• A key lift at the start of the session

• 6–8 station circuits

• Resistance and conditioning combined

• Strong energy and team atmosphere

This class is ideal if you enjoy conditioning-focused training, fast-paced sessions, and variety, without losing the strength element.
