Community focused strength and conditioning

Our Workout of the Day (WOD) brings the GMFiT strength and conditioning philosophy together in a fun, challenging, community-focused session. The workout is written on the board each week and varies in structure and focus. Sometimes higher reps, sometimes lower reps, sometimes longer conditioning pieces. WOD sessions are designed to challenge both strength and fitness, while creating a strong group training atmosphere to finish the week together.
